1.7 Monitoring inclusive school

Teamwork and collaboration among staff members in the monitoring process is crucial. This is will ensure that there is success in creating an inclusive school ethos. It is important that responsibilities are shared among staff members and also includes parents and the community in which the school is located. It also involves setting policies, that is geared towards inclusion,  promoting the commitment of all stakeholders and ensuring that there is flexibility in managing needs and resources. Also ensuring there is a system in place to deliver a curriculum that can be adjusted based on their specific needs. Only then can we say we have been able to strive in adapting an inclusive school ethos.
