In our school, the creation of an ethos will be an effective way to bring together all children, parents and staff so as to enrich the lives of each other by focussing on the values and beliefs of the specific ethos. The buddy system is indeed a very valuable aspect of inclusive education. I would love to use it if ever I am in a position where I feel it will make a difference to that child who is in need of special care and attention.
