Resources to support school based teacher development

Head teachers can support programmes  by holding briefings and exposing teachers to professional development  programs and purchasing resources to be used in the school or contributing in making the resources locally made in the school.National policy makers may visit schools to see to it that resources provided are utilised and partner schools with Non-governmental organisations that can provide  resources.
