Inclusive ethos and culture

A teacher's attitude is a very important in contributing to the effectiveness of an inclusive ethos. This has a lot to do with the philosophy of the teacher concerning children with disabilities. Collaboration with colleagues is another important factor for an effective inclusive environment. Working together provides a great level of support for both the teachers and the learners.
