As an educator this course has both refreshed and extended my knowledge on the importance of staying committed in always striving to create an inclusive school setting. Also it helped me to become aware of what we have achieved thus far and what we can improve. Key factors such as maintaining strong leadership and policies, collaboration, strengthen home- school links and maintaining an open door policy, and ensuring there is flexibility in management and curriculum delivery.is of utmost importance. This is crucial to any developing society striving to ensure that equal opportunities are available to every citizen. I know we have a lot more to do but I believe we are headed in the right direction.
