Activity 1.5 Creating an Inclusive ethos and culture

Two factors that may contribute to good ethos and culture of a school are:

1)Partnership/support system with Administrator, teacher, parents and the wider community. By collaborating, common goals can be put in effect to facilitate the best educational experience possible for students.

2) Environment - It should be safe and welcoming in which a child can express oneself/culture. Learning about different cultural aspects offers new experiences for children. It also helps them realize that we're all humans, despite differences in how we look or dress or what we eat or celebrate.
