Activity 1.6 Professional Development

As educators, our professional development is ongoing. During our pandemic COVID-19, I actively engage in a course regarding Online Learning. This course help me to adapt to the new norms. Teaching online and how to meet the needs of the students who are unable to be online. I would definitely say Professional Development keeps teacher up-to-date on new research on how children learn, emerge technology tools for the classroom and new curriculum resources. It also improve teachers previous knowledge and skills and, in turn, boost students outcomes.
