One challenge that the SBTD might present is for individuals to be open minded about new ideas being shared. Sometimes being stuck in "old ways" limits new ideas from coming to the forefront. One opportunity however, is the sharing of information and ideas. Being able to come together and brainstorm ideas can be helpful with creating more inclusive schools.
