One of the challenges for me would be the availability of appropriate resources especially for children who are disabled. Generally we do have sufficient resources, but when assessing each child's specific needs this might be challenging. Also, whether or not there are ample amount of resources to cater for each teacher to execute their lessons simultaneously. 
An opportunity that we have is the formal and informal aspects of training.

 Formal being through our continuous professional development workshops and informal where my colleagues and I would liaise with each other during flexible periods of the day/week; to discuss any concerns in order to improve in the delivery of our school activities.
