One of the resources that is beneficial for me as an educator is the continuous professional development workshops. They ensure that teachers are improving on their skills and gaining more knowledge or insights to better their profession and to adapt to the ever evolving world of learning.
A challenge we are dealing with currently is the new "normal" as it applies to how learning is being done, mostly at home now, compared to when teachers and children were physically in school.
