4.10 End of Course Assessment-Bringing it all together

Some key points of this course:

1. An all inclusive school works with the teachers, community, parents and stakeholders.

2. Having a teacher-staff meeting to share ideas and to make the school better is a plus.

3. School ethos is very important because it focuses on the diversity of the children and their learning.

4. Keeping a record of students and other activities and events may assist in helping the teacher to critically think of ways how to meet each child's needs.

I intend to adapt the buddy system because it will help the child to feel needed and appreciated, it will also help them to gain knowledge and develop self-esteem and learn more by having a peer for in class and breaks.

I also intend to work with my administrator to reach out to organizations to better off the learning needs and resources of the children. For example, I will start doing a record keeping and develop different learning needs for the children.

I will also implement the involvement of the community, parents and teachers and then try to involve organisations to better off the school and help the school to reach the level of an all inclusive school.
