Activity 3.9

A school did come to my mind as I read the resources. While it did not meet all the criteria’s, there were many traits that appeared in the resources. Although, there are no clinically diagnosed children with special needs currently at the school, there have been a few in the past that displayed mild traits of disabilities. Additionally, children who are disadvantaged have full access to the school since it is funded by the government. All learners at the school have full access to all learning centres and are treated equally, with respect to name a few.

  The other information I will need to gather is how can we encourage a higher rated of special learners at the school and how can we ensure that disadvantaged children get to school every day. I can find out this information by interviewing members of management staff and having meetings with stakeholders.
