Activity 2.8 - Reviewing the Behaviour Checklist

In the checklist provided, all the items listed under classroom and teaching are securely in place. However, the items listed under pupil, that is, knowing the names of the children are securely in place but as it related to the one that states have a plan for children who are likely to misbehave we don't have this. Therefore, my question is as follows:

How is it possible to have a plan for children who are likely to misbehave if it is a situation that rarely occurs?
