Bringing It All Together.

Two things I would take forward with me are:

Support- Inclusive learning involves finding ways to help and support children to learn, so that they can contribute to the society in a positive way. This is just the beginning of how we can make an inclusive school successful. With the right support system, all children will be given the opportunities to a better, more quality education. I can embark on further developing my skills to help children, by further learning simple sign language to better assist children with special needs and thus, introducing it to my students to help develop inclusivity in my classroom. I will adapt too and support students of all abilities with a positive mindset and attitude, as this course has influenced me in so many ways. With the quote " It takes a village to raise a child " I bare in mind the ways in which I can encourage parents and by extension the community / groups to make positive changes and thus help to support the school to become more inclusive and provide a better quality of education to all children.

I will also put into practice : School Based Teacher Development Practices I have learnt such as encouraging more daily and weekly meetings, to share my views and opinions I may have. This also ties in with the inclusive support in my previous paragraph made. This course has enlightened my knowledge in so many aspects of Inclusion and thus I will try my best to put into practice what I have learnt.

Thank you.
