4.10 Bringing it all together

I will ensure I monitor inclusivity by seeking input from both internal and external sources. I will achieve this by providing individuals with an anonymous survey. Additionally, I will actively participate in teacher training in order to attain skills and knowledge in the areas of inclusivity and accessibility. I will achieve this by registering for professional development courses each quarter. This course has provided me with so many perspectives and resources, I am extremely grateful!

Remember not practice the knowledge and skills gained in the continuous professional developments. The need to bring a learning organization into our schools is also a good idea.
