4:10 - Bringing it all together

What I have learnt from the this Course

Schools play a vital role in changing attitudes and ushering in change. One of the statements that stood out to me in the course was “Small changes can lead to significant improvement for learners.” Starting with one small change can lead to many benefits.

The role of each stakeholder was clearly defined and the importance of inclusivity being enshrined in the culture and ethos of the learning environment was successfully highlighted. 

A change that I will make resulting from this course will be to modify the format of SBTD at my Centre through implementing more group strategy planning and clear monitoring criteria for implementation.

Another change will involve inviting more engagement of stakeholders through increased means of communication and providing tools to obtain feedback that is more meaningful. This feedback will then form the catalyst for further improvement.
