creating relationship with community

if i am the governor or stakeholder member, ill ask the head teacher how he go about it to discovering such and effective strategy and what and whose contribution makes the strategy successful.


 relationship with families and communities is what will make the teacher understand why his student behaves certain way and what influences the behavior, and if the trait displayed by  a child is positive or negative, with no relationship between the teacher and the families or communities, helping such child will be difficult cause the teacher wouldn't know the root cause of the child problems.
