benefits of cooperation between the head teachers and other school stakeholders

if i am the head teacher, i will have a meeting with the stakeholders and tell them about the advantages of working together with the communities, i will ask for their idea on what more they think we can do to help, identify and solve our pupils problems, and i will bring in my own idea i had alreay discovered will be effective , and i will discuss with them how their contribution is very important because without their help with implementing the method properly, it will be difficult to help our pupils adversity.
