Activity 2.2 Policies for an inclusive ethos

The policy used at the school  for the support that teachers will provide in the classroom.

  1. Accept all children in-spite of their disability 
  2. educate students about disabilities.
  3. Observe and record information about the student from the start of the term
  4. Implement ways to have the student included in the activities at school.
  5. Restructure the layout of the classroom to accommodate students that need space (wheelchairs)
  6. Organize resources to meet the student's learning need.
  7. discuss in staff meetings the progress and  how to continue support the child.


This policy supports inclusion by making every child feel welcomed  and given the opportunity to learn.
