4.5 (Practical benefits to schools of outside organizations)

The practical benefits that were given by the itinerant teacher is giving the teachers training of how to prepare materials and resources to help each child in the class. Customized worksheets and activities were also done to ensure each child was given the opportunity to work at their own pace and developmental needs. This will definitely aid in changing the classroom practice in terms of how the children learn on a daily basis, if children are given a learning experience that they can understand and can relate to then interest would be showed giving in return fruitful results.

There can be challenges faced by the itinerant teacher one of which can hinder growth and positive change. Teachers who are not willing to be trained and taught to do things differently for the sake of helping the children. There are many stubborn teachers that simply thinks that they don’t need training and are not open minded to change within the classroom setting.
