End of course assessment

What I will Cherish most from this course is my ability to create a positive ethos i my  classroom. My objective is to make my class one that students will look forward to attend. to do this i have some points in mind that i will put into practice:

- All students will be treated with the respect that I expect from them

- Students will not be embarrassed at anytime in my classroom

- All contribution from students will be valued, in order to encourage students to be part of discussions. 

- will plan activities that includes all students.

- adopt changes as i go along to achieve positive ethos

End of course assessment

I will cherish most from this course is the knowledge of the attitude of the teacher that will help the children to learn and appreciate each other . The soft skills is what is most important to help children feel important and welcomed. i would also include adding resources to the classroom as well as during play time and included special needs children with other children.  Also the individual lesson plan willl help me to cater for the individual needs of each child as i seek tk develop them holistically.  I woild also keep in mind that parents anz community will help to make up an inclusive school.
