TESSA  Tool kit contains a lot of information that can help a teacher understand and become a much better facilitator in the classroom. TESSA  has allowed me to see even more the importance of my role as teacher. I must be continue to use positive words with my students, it builds their self confidence and esteem , be continuously observing my students to identify their strengths and challenges together with being a motivator, and to be observant, because i do not want to miss their strengths. Make the classroom ethos warm ,friendly and encouraging so that the child will  feel  safe and comfortable enough to express themselves .
