Two factors that I think are effective in contributing to an inclusive school ethos and culture are 1) the school environment itself and 2) the staff of the school. The entire school environment must be at a place where every child feels a sense of belonging from the time they entire the school building.

Very true, the environment must be arranged in a way that all children are made to feel that they belong and are wanted there.
