Activity 2.9 Teacher as a role model

TESSA Tool kit exhibited  that the role of a teacher is to promote an understanding to their children that similarities and differences is a natural part in society.  They must observe their children  to get to know their strengths, weaknesses, personalities and learning styles.  Create an atmosphere with activities to encourage participation, and fairness which will make them feel included.
