Highlighting a challenge in my context, I would say consistency. As a teacher, sometimes you can be overwhelmed with so many different aspects of teaching and personal life. We sometimes know what needs to be done, but putting it into practice all of the time presents as a challenge at times. One opportunity however, is the knowledge to do better. We see the issues and always strive to do better for the sake of our learners.
