I agree curriculum is one of the key factors. I belief  thought must be given to adjust the pack curriculum to accommodate all learners in the classroom.

Both the curriculum and valuing every learner is important for the ethos and culture. The teachers attitude also plays an important and significant role in the ethos and culture of a school.

I agree that all children need to be valued. Teachers valuing all children will help children to feel a sense of belonging within he classroom setting.
