Two Factors which contributes to an effective ethos and culture are: firstly the teachers attitude and disposition. Teachers should be courteous at all times. Teachers should build relationships with parents to better understand a child. Secondly, providing necessary accommodations to assist children such as, wheel chair ramps, hand rails, handicap washrooms and support rooms. These accommodations will assist with transition within the learning environment.
