1.7 Monitoring inclusive schools

One inclusive feature that the Early Childhood Centre that I am attached to has is collaboration and cooperation with staff members. Teachers meet on a daily basis to plan activities, share ideas and strategies. Teachers review their teaching through observation and the learners work. Teachers reteach the activities to meet the learners who did not grasp the concept. The Administrator meets with teachers on a weekly basis to monitor activity plans, observations and to plan events and activities.
