I would show my local stakeholders the importance of making better links outside the school. Developing a relationship with outside stakeholders, out of the school environment would help to create a support system to the school. These stakeholders will be able to assist the school through funding and resources. These stakeholder should meet with all the parties involved, to know exactly what is needed for the school. Thus allowing all children to benefit from inclusion.

The challenge that I may see being involved, would be all parties having time to meet. The stakeholders may be extremely busy with their businesses and thus prove as a challenge to meet.
