Activity 3.7 Resources for School Based CPD

The handbook made mention that to be an effective teacher is to be an effective learner.  Covid 19 has forced the need for educators to become technologically savvy in a very short pace of time. This means we needed to become fast learners. Just as kids, we had challenges but the ones who persevered continue to meet the mark of the higher calling for this era. 

From this challenge it brought the opportunity to reinvent the wheel from just being an average teacher. The need to create a new standard for oneself in the profession is key. We no longer teach our students only but their parents are also listening to us online. So there is more at stake now if not professionally done.
