Activity 2.7 Behavior management strategies

The school that I work at we have a good behavior chart, when the children show good behavior or help a friend, pack materials away and have good mannerism their picture is stick onto a golden star which is place on the chart. Which is displayed for the whole school to see. On a Friday they are rewarded with stickers or a snack/ fruit of their choice this helps promote good behavior because every one wants to be on that golden star.
