Activity 4.2 Working with Families

I remember a school I worked at where at the end of every term parents would be given an evening to sit and get to know each other. Everyone got a pre-planned menu and they each brought a dish. The gathering started to grow from ten persons to about 15 by the time I left. Many friendships started from this event.
