TESSA tool kit tells the role of a teacher

As teachers we should not use inappropriate language when communicating with students with disabilities. Teachers should create a safe and happy  inclusive school environment where students can build high self-esteem and confidence in the class room. Teachers can now observe the students strengths and weaknesses when the students are in a comfortable environment they can now express them selves.
