To enable teachers to paricipate in a learning study, the teachers must firstly be informed of all the details of the study, the duration and the administrative must be supportive of the development of the school. Learning study can be used to develop inclusive teachers if the students are involved in the study and the teachers have a personal committment and willingness to become more knowledgeable of how to cater to the needs of the target group of learners with disabilities.
