School-Based Development

School-based development is important as it provides you with experiences and strategies that could be used in the development of ones students. I benefitted from many experiences whilst at my last school. Stakeholders were brought in to share with the staff as well as professionals so tha we would have been better equipped to assist our students with their learning and preparation for their next educational stage.

The engagement of stakeholders is key to childrens overall growth and development. Educators need to remember to always included them so the can better implement strategies to help all children with their development.
