This course has taught me a lot as it focused on the teacher attitude which is a major factor in helping students learn as they feed off the teacher attitude (happy teacher happy students pleasant environment). It also highlighted some of the practices which are already in place at my workplace and some that can be added to make the center even more inclusive such as the TESSA TOOLKIT. I will definitely work towards creating and improving a better inclusive environment at my workplace.
