Schools Working with Outside Organizations

In my country we have itinerant  resource officers.  These officers are additional resources to the school and teachers benefit. The on the job professional development is also more beneficial as the teachers will apply best practices immediately and can have technical expertise to help with any necessary adjustments. This model also provides data and information on training needs.
