professional development experience

I have recently joined the Department of Inclusive Education. But unfortunately, I have not proper training in Inclusive Education. So most of the time my colleagues criticize me. I got an opportunity to follow the short course in TSOLE. It is supporting me more to survive in the field. So I understood the importance of professional development.
