Change in Attitudes

There was this situation where a student who was wheel chair bound applied for a scholarship to pursue medicine. The person in charge of the Tertiary desk had difficulty with the application because she claimed that if the student completed his studies he would not be able to practice because the country didn't have the infrastructure. After the discussion, I don't think she was convinced that he should be given the opportunity but decided to process the application because it would have been discrimination.
