Ideas for the school policy.

Encourage interaction and friendship building, by allowing all students to have an opportunity to discover each other's strengths and weaknesses. Children will develop strengths in different areas and realize that those with special needs also have strengths.

Ideas for the school policy.

Dear Dinelle,

Thanks for sharing you idea which made me focus on the need of encouraging interactions and friendship building experiences whether we are markedly disabled or not. During this course, these supporting qualities have proven to be so helpful to me which came from one of my working colleagues. 

It is a good idea for a school policy to include this type of support.
