Welcom to Creating an Inclusive School

Dear Colleagues.

For an inclusive minded thinker, working within an environment under an administration that does not promotes a staff of teachers who practice the habit/behaviour of seeking the advice of colleagues or cooperating with colleagues produce a collective group of teachers who rather work as individuals in isolated classrooms has proven to been 'a very hard pill swallow' to  Such a pattern of behaviour only produces an unproductive, underperforming school of learners and teachers. When this occurs over a long period of time it is one of the most difficult habit to stop and its rippling effects affect the school community for generations to come.
