1.2 What makes an Inclusive School

On inception of an Inclusive School the policies should create a welcoming attitude to the outside community. Diversity should be the core element as it would make children, parents and stakeholders feel culturally safe and welcoming. This will make working together a more easier task.

The administration and staff members must work and support each other.  They must display positive work ethics which will help in the development of an Inclusive environment that will help facilitate the children .
