Activity4. 2Working with families

In a school where I intervene, the  administration organizes parent-teacher meetings. During these meeting, each parent will visit a specialist teaching their kids in a particular subject. Both the teacher and the parent discuss one-on-one about their kids. Generally, three aspects are covered: the kid's attitude in class, their work and things to do for improvement.

Great initiative on your part and involvement of the administration input. Collaboration is an important soft skill to work with. In working with learners the families must be included for inclusiveness.
