One of my take-aways is how to effectively create an inclusive school. This requires the input of all stakeholders such as families and care-givers, communities and organizations, school staff and learners. They have to work together to make inclusive school effective. Moreover, the  school ethos and culture is extremely important. Without good attitudes and values demonstrated by those working in schools, the ethos will not be achieved. Another one is school-based teacher development. Teachers have to be supported in various ways to create learner-centered education to improve their teaching.
