Facilitating Inclusion

In the video Daniel consider the "soft skills" are the attitudes of the teacher.  If the teacher/school administration have a positive attitudes you will see that inclusiveness in their physical environment, policy,  curriculum. Once their is a positive attitudes the teacher will find ways in meeting the individual needs for their special needs students they will not wait for  someone to give it to them. The teacher and school administration needs to embrace inclusion and and make it work this is reflected in their attitudes.
