Two effective  factor that will contribute to an Inclusive ethos and culture are:

1 . A positve school culture as it provides for a safe , supportive ,encouraging ,inviting ,and challenging environment for both staff and students.

2. Support from community members and stakeholders as it will help in developing the school resources and bring awareness of the school and its purpose .
