Teachers meeting and planning collaboratively together are able to formulate the best ideas and strategies to meet the needs of the students. It also gives them the opportunity to put their strategies into practice.

I agree once Teachers met and plan collaboratively together they will formulate ideas for change. Also they will be motivated to implement the change because it did not come from management but from themselves
