Coming from the Caribbean, I can relate to the proverb that "it takes a village to raise a child.The video highlighted to me the significant benefits that forming partnerships with persons in the community can have. This include:

1. The benefits of parents providing support and resources suitable for their child's learning.

2. Teacher with an open mindset can indeed create an environment where all children are accepted and can learn. 

3. Using the skills of persons trained to work with children with special needs can indeed create an outcome that contributes positively to the ethos of a school. 

It was indeed stimulating and I see a need for such partnerships in my region.
