At the Early Childhood age rewards of a star ,the line leader , to share the crayons ,to assist with a song or activity are some of the reward task that I used in the classroom . Some students conform to appropriate behaviour when rewarded with intrinsically or intrinsically. Extending a reward to students helps to promote positive and appropriate behaviour among the class. Which help the teacher to concentrate on lesson content and interactive activities to indulge students on learning opposed to focusing on classroom disciple and management.
