Each child is unique , special, and most of all human,  as adults and teachers we are to be respectful and treat them with dignity. The 1989 Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) defines a child as "any human being below the age of eighteen years ". Inclusive help them to be apart of a group, a system which will aid in their devleopment.  Treating them fairly and giving the equal opportunity.
